What kind of material do you print on?

The banners are printed on heavy duty material 510gsm or 360gsm mesh.

All our exhibition stands are printed on 175mic stop light material.


What is the difference between PVC and MESH?

Mesh material is slightly perforated that alows wind pass through and not act like a sail. They are used for large banners attached to scaffolding.


How long will banner last?

Our banners are printed with full solvent inks for long lasting. They should last 3 years in outdoor condition.


What resolution do you print?

Our banners are printed 720dpi and all exhibition stands 1440dpi.


How long does it take to produce a banner or exhibition stand?

Usual turnaround is 2-5 working days from the time we receive right artwork.


Do you offer 24 hours service?

24 hours service is available. You should contact us prior to placing your order. Order and artwork must be with us before 12am.


How do I supply artwork to you?

Please make sure you have placed your order and have read our Artwork Guidelines section before supplying to us.

IMPORTANT - In all order correspondence please ensure you include your Order Number

Supplying a Brief:

If you are using our design service simply reply to your order confirmation and let us know the information you require not forgetting to include any pictures or logos you want us to incorporate. We will then prepare your artwork and email a proof for your approval prior to printing. Make sure that pictures and logos are high resolution. Do not copy logos and images from websites the resolution will be poor and they will not print well.

Artwork Ready:

For large files you can use our UPLOAD button on home page - Please remember to include your order reference in the Message Box. For files under 10mb you can simply send email to with order reference number.


What kind of file do you accept? What size should artwork be?

The following are the acceptable file formats.  All other file formats will not be accepted and rejected.  Please submit the correct type of files, so we do not have to encounter any delays in the production of your artwork.

  • Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
  • Tagged Image File (.TIF)
  • JPEG (.JPG)
  • Portable Document File - High Resolution (.PDF)
  • Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier (.AI)
  • Adobe Photoshop CS4 or earlier (.PSD or .PSB)

Design File Requirements

  • Do not submit any font files. All text must converted to outlines before artwork is submitted.
  • All files should be flattened before submitted.
  • All fonts must be converted to outline.
  • All files should be created at 25% at 300dpi.
  • Please save your files in CMYK mode.
  • Please provide us with your PMS color matches for all pertinent color matches.  Please note that not all PMS colors can be matched exactly, but we will do our best to come to a close match.
  • Do not include bleeds in your files.


How are the banners delivered?

We use City-Link to deliver our banners. Standard next day delivery between 9am - 5pm. For Timed Next Day – Pre-midday, by 10.30 and by 9.30 deliveries please call our sales team on 01483 799468 for specific pricing for your order.


How do I pay for my order?

All orders need to be paid via our website by credit card. Or we can send you money request via email.


Can I pay by cheque or BACs?

You can choose from these two options when you placing your order online. We can dispatch your order after we receive the payment.


Are you exhibition stands warrantied?

All our stands come with 5 years warranty. Some of our products have 10 years warranty.
