Placing Your First Order

1. Choose the product and simply add it to the shopping cart

2. Fill in the registration details

3. Choose your delivery and invoicing address

4. Pay by PayPal, Google Checkout, BACs or Cheque

(NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED!)

5. Check your confirmation email

6. Upload your artwork or send the file via email

How to send an artwork?

• by email to info@one-print.co.uk - attach your file (max file size is 10MB) and send it to us with the subject line like this: "(your order number) Artwork File"
• upload files through UPLOAD artwork button on home page
• by post on CD

Do you require a design service?

To use our design service simply reply to your order confirmation email and send us all information you require, not forgetting to include any pictures or logos you want us to incorporate. We will then design your artwork and email a proof for your approval prior to printing.

Make sure that pictures and logos are high resolution. Do not copy any logos and images from websites as the resolution will be poor and they will not print well.
