Artwork Guidelines

The following are the acceptable file formats.  All other file formats will not be accepted and rejected.  Please submit the correct type of files, so we do not have to encounter any delays in the production of your artwork.

• Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
• Tagged Image File (.TIF)
• JPEG (.JPG)
• Portable Document File - High Resolution (.PDF)
• Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier (.AI)
• Adobe Photoshop CS4 or earlier (.PSD or .PSB)

Design File Requirements

• Do not submit any font files. All text must converted to outlines before artwork is submitted.
• All files should be flattened before submitted.
• All fonts must be converted to outline.
• All files should be created at 25% at 300dpi.
• Please save your files in CMYK mode.
• Please provide us with your PMS color matches for all pertinent color matches.  Please note that not all PMS colors can be matched exactly, but we will do our best to come to a close match.
• Do not include bleeds in your files.

All the imported graphic contained within the design also need to be 300dpi resolution. IMPORTANT: Do not copy logos and images from websites the resolution will be poor and they will not print well.

To get a strong dense black when making up your artwork please flood it with 100% of all the colours. This will then give a nice vibrant black background.

Proofs will be generated and emailed to the email address on file within 2-6 hours of the receipt of your artwork files.  If you do not receive a proof within the 24 hour period, please contact us to find out the state of your proofs.  There are sometimes transmission errors of email which may cause these delays.  Once you have approved your artwork with our graphics department we will go to print. Standard production is 2-5 business days, unless you have selected a shorter production time during the purchasing process.  If you have any questions about your lead-time, please contact customer service at 01483 799468

In case of reprint of any existing printed material originally provided by One Print Ltd or otherwise, please be aware that due to differing conditions/media/inks/processes used from the time the original was printed and the time the reprint is produced, One Print Ltd cannot guarantee a perfect colour match. One Print Ltd cannot be held responsible for any colour difference between the original and the newly printed material.

Pop Up Stand Panel Alignment is subject to a slight shift by approx 2mm per panel. Please avoid placing any text across the panel seams when designing pop up. One Print Ltd cannot be held responsible for misalignment due to artwork provided that ignores these conditions.
